SHIPPING
How are the prints packaged?
All orders containing A3 (or similar) and A4 (or similar) will be placed into a protective plastic sleeve and shipped flat inside a rigid envelope.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship worldwide from Luxembourg. Each order incurs a flat shipping fee based on your location that does not increase with multiple items. All prints will be shipped to the address entered upon checkout, so PLEASE make sure you have entered your address correctly. :)
Processing time
As I am hand packaging each print with love and care, allow for an additional 1-5 working days before I deliver the package to the post office. Please note that special times of the year such as Holiday Season might have a longer delivery time.

Was it a preorder?
Preorders take some time because the production starts after everyone has placed their order. You can find the approximate delivery time in the description of the article.
RETURNS
I accept returns and exchanges
Returns for wrongly placed orders are possible within 14 days.
The buyer has to cover the shipping costs.
If the object arrives damaged during shipment, please contact me directly. Please take a photo of the damaged package and item and email it to me at [email protected] with your order number and a short explanation. I will offer a refund of the item's price or I will send you a replacement item, once the item is shipped back and received. In these cases we will also cover the cost of the return delivery.
